Artwork Requirements and Tips
We employ many different processes at Awardco to personalise your chosen product. Each process requires different types of artwork. Please use the information below to determine which format your artwork will be submitted in. As we get hundreds of artwork files every day, when sending artwork, please include the following information:-
This information will enable us to tie up the artwork with your file and process the order more efficiently. When emailing artwork, file size should be limited to under 5MB. Be aware that the larger the file, the longer the transfer will take. With multiple files you may need to break the emails in to smaller more manageable chunks, or use Winzip (PC) Compression software. Alternatively, you can contact our Art Department for details of transferring large files. Unfortunately we are unable to except \\\'Stuff It\\\' compressed files.

Artwork is preferred in Vector format. Vector Images (Line art) should be submitted in one of the following formats:
Vector Artwork
Vector artwork is camera-ready artwork that is used for printing. It allows artwork to be sized without any loss of quality.
We can convert existing artwork from any file format, such as BMP, TIFF, JPEG, sketches and even Black and White Faxed Images. This would be quoted separately upon sight of the relevant file(s).

When originating on a MAC, please ensure you follow the format below:
If there is any placed artwork such as additional logos, etc. ensure that these files are included in the email. Raster Images (Bitmap) should be 600 dpi or better at actual size. Please submit these files in one of the following formats.
Remember that ALL artwork should be pure black and pure white. Converting your images from RGB mode to Greyscale and then Bitmap will make the files considerably smaller in size.
Colour Printing on Glass, Acrylic and Metals.
For screen printing, artwork can be supplied in the same format as above, Please specify the pantone references for each colour. If, however, you wish to supply your own positives then please follow the format below:
For full colour process printing, artwork should be sent in TIF format actual size with a 15% bleed and a minimum of 600dpi.
