Questions:

  1. What type of artwork can you accept?

    We can accept most commonly used artwork formats such as Illustrator, EPS, CDR, Tiff. For specific details please see our Artwork Requirements Page.

  2. Why should I use Awardco Group?

  3. Where are you located?

    We are located in the town of Bedford in the UK just 9 miles from J13 on the M1. Awardco Group 9 Bedford Business Centre, Mile Road, Bedford, MK42 9TW, England.
  4. How can I be sure my work will be secure?

    Awardco Group treat all information supplied to us in complete confidence, whether it is Credit information, artwork, confidential winners details or third party delivery addresses. We respect our clients confidentiality.

  5. What are the payment options?

    We can accept Credit and Debit card payments, Cheque, BACS and CHAPS payments. All credit card payments will incur a 3% charge, and Debit cards a £1 flat fee.

  6. How do I progress my order?

    If you have any query regarding your order please call 0844 477 5166 for an immediate response.

  7. What are your lead-times?

    Lead-times  can vary significantly, and can be from 24hours to 10 weeks. Typically lead-times are 4 – 6 weeks please call our sale team for more detailed information.

  8. Do you have an Environmental Policy?

    Yes, we do have an Environmental Policy, we take the protection of the environment very seriously, a copy can be downloaded here.

  9. Procedure:

    10. We assess your requirements. i.e. Quantity, Budget, Type of Industry, etc. Suggest items from stock, source alternatives, or design your own item. Send you a formal quotation If you are happy with the quote and our terms and conditions, we then ask you to sign the bottom of the quote and return, which serves as a PO We then raise an invoice for the full amount plus VAT and Delivery, this is then emailed over to you, to enable you to raise payment, Payment is accepted by, BACS, Credit Card or Cheque. We will require artwork a minimum of two weeks prior to your requested delivery date, in the format stated in the Artwork Requirements section. If you require Awardco to create your artwork for you this can be done by one of our designers (This may incur a cost). This will then be created and emailed to you, for you to proof and return by fax to us, again ASAP for us to meet the requested delivery date .
